Online orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
If a package is returned for any reason other than an error that we've made (unclaimed package, mistyping of delivery address, etc.) you will have to pay the return fee and re-shipping charge.
Customers seeking a refund should contact us by phone for approval. Items must be returned with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
Customers must pay all shipping fees on returns.
In order to be exchanged or refunded, items must be returned in their original packaging and be resalable.
After receiving your items, you have 5 days to request an exchange or a refund.
Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. If they are out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone.
Unless otherwise stated on our website, delivery fees will be paid in full by the buyer. From time to time, there may be specials that reduce or waive delivery fees. The regular fees are: $18 for Quebec and Ontario, $28 for the rest of Canada.
Depending on the availability of products, orders will be prepared for delivery within 5 business days. Zanimo cannot be held responsible for delivery delays owing to delivery companies. Products will not be delivered to PO boxes.
Upon receipt of written notice, any defective product may be returned to Zanimo within 10 days of the product's delivery. In these cases, Zanimo will pay for delivery fees to return the defective product and deliver a new product to the customer.
